How we deliver

If the payment is by credit card (or in advance) we can send by:
- DHL Express courier: EuroPack Service, good price and short delivery time, on-line tracking allowed.
- Recommended parcel: postal sending, the cheapest solution for little parcels only (maximum 2 Kgs., limits on dimensions too).
- TNT Economy Express: very efficient and cheap. On-line tracking allowed (see www.tnt.com for delivery time and depot addresses).
- TNT Global Express: the faster way to receive your parcels. On-line tracking allowed (see www.tnt.com for delivery time and depot addresses).

Please note: The delivery times specified in tables are weekdays and approximate. 
The weight in the tables is the taxable weight: it could be different to the actual weight, it depends on box dimensions and on the carrier. 
Some destinations (like islands, duty free areas, etc.) could have an additional charge.

How you can pay
There are many options for payment:

Credit card:
Visa, Mastercard on-line on Banca Sella Secure server   (You'll receive an E-mail with the total amount confirmation and a link to reach Banca Sella Secure Server: please check your mailbox on next days).
American Express, Diners We must check the card owner identity, so you must send us a fax at +39 02 3580535 with the following details: - Photocopy of your credit card (if the number and expiry date are not leggible please rewrite them) - Photocopy of an ID document such as a passport. This is necessary only for your first order: if you have already ordered on-line from us in the past, then you are NOT required to follow the above steps, we already have your data confirmation.

PayPal  the worldwide online payment system (click on the logo for details).

If the total amount is over Euro 150,00 we require PayPal Verified User status, otherwise we need the identity check (as for Mastercard).

Bank or postal money transfer: after receiving the order we check that all the items are available, then we e-mail you the final estimate with bank details for the payment.

Transport charges include custom clearance, You will not pay Italian tax (less 16% from each item price) but you'll pay your country's tax (for Switzerland +7,5%)
